How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2 business days.
Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days by USPS once your order is on its way.
You will get an email as soon as your order heads out, with tracking when available.
Do you offer discreet shipping?
Always. Your order ships in a plain envelope with no mention of contents.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping will be added as we grow.
How much does shipping cost?
$2.95 flat by USPS. Free on orders of $35 or more, so the 3-Pack always ships free.
Sometimes we run free-shipping codes. Keep an eye out.
How can I track my order?
After checkout you will receive a confirmation email, then a separate email once the order ships. If your shipment includes tracking, the link will be in that email.
What is your return policy?
Cheeky Strips are applied directly to skin, so for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened items.
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing issue, or is the wrong item, we will replace it. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually correct or cancel it. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, please allow 24 hours, since carriers sometimes mark early. If it still has not appeared, reach out and we will work with you to resolve it.
