Always. Your order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of contents. The return address simply shows our fulfillment partner.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping will be added as we grow — join the Cheeky List to be notified first.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected delivery speed.

Sometimes we run free-shipping promos for Cheeky List subscribers.

After checkout, you’ll receive:

Cheeky Strips are a personal-intimacy product, so for safety and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened items.

However, your happiness matters:

• If your order arrives damaged
• If there is a manufacturing issue
• If you received the wrong item

We’ll replace it — no stress. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery.

If your order has not yet shipped, we can usually help with a correction or cancellation. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

If your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, please allow 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark early.

If it doesn’t appear after that, reach out to us. We’ll work with you to resolve it.
